Glasgow based 1-2-1 trainer and online coach. Focused on getting clients the result they want whether it be strength/muscle gain, body recomposition or improving their health.
We all join a gym for a reason and an ambition for developing ourselves. I regularly see people training ineffectively, with poor form or doing the same workouts for years.
If you are serious about reaching a goal then getting guidance and education on what is actually required to focus on is a step in the right direction.
